Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat recently unveiled its special Durga Puja Mahabhoj Thali, celebrating Bengal’s most awaited festival. Durga Puja is a festival that celebrates the victory of good over evil and, most importantly, draws people together over delectable cuisine. Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat unveiled a special dining experience that highlighted the best Bengali cuisines in observance of this joyous event.

The project sought to provide guests with a sumptuous feast and an opportunity to fully immerse them in the festive mood of Durga Puja. Foodies were taken on a gastronomic tour through Kolkata’s unique and rich culinary heritage by the Mahabhoj Thali. This Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat offering skillfully combined extravagance and tradition, guaranteeing that diners had a joyous and unforgettable meal.

Madhabilata Mitra, Dipannita Acharya, Senjuti Das, Dola Shalini, Sudarshan Chakraborty, and Gurbir Ahluwalia graced the unveiling of the Durga Puja Mahabhoj Thali.

Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat’s Durga Puja Mahabhoj Thali offered a specially prepared menu just for the event. The hotel, which is well-known for providing Bengali food all year round, thrilled guests with an even more lavish menu during Durga Puja. These classic and tasty dishes were liked by both residents and tourists.

The special menu included:

“Flavours of Bengal” with Rose sharbat, shukto, lau-shaak, aloo jhuri bhaja, begun bhaja, potol bhaja, lonka bata murgi, mutton golbari, rui macher bhaja, aloo-potol chingri, tomato chutney, basanti pulao/Bengali fried rice, steamed rice, luchi, bhaja moong dal kodaishuti diye, sandesh, rajbhog, misti doi, payesh, and misti pan.

The Veg Mahabhoj Thali for 2 is priced at Rs 1299 + 18% tax, the Non-Veg Mahabhoj Thali for 2 is priced at Rs 1799 + 18% tax, or the Midnight Buffet for 2 is priced at Rs 999 + 18% tax.

The Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat’s Durga Puja Mahabhoj Thali skillfully captured the spirit of Bengal’s most cherished celebration, leaving visitors with a lingering sense of custom and celebration.
