To help customers stay connected during this challenging period, Airtel has put in place a number of relief measures in response to the interruption caused by Cyclone Dana’s landfall in Bengal and Odisha.

Prepaid: Airtel is offering 1.5 GB of free mobile data per day, along with unlimited calling, to prepaid users whose validity has ended and who are unable to renew. The duration of this benefit is four days.

Postpaid: To guarantee continuous access to mobile services, Airtel is also extending the bill payment deadlines for all postpaid customers by seven days.

ICR: To further guarantee that consumers stay connected, Airtel has also introduced Interconnect Roaming (ICR) throughout Bengal and Odisha.

Despite the difficulties caused by power outages and disruptions, Airtel’s network staff and partners are making every effort to restore services.
