A Special Hyderabadi Royal Feast At Novotel Kolkata
From 27th February to 2nd March 2025, Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences will host “The Nizami Heritage”, which will take visitors to Hyderabad‘s royal kitchens. The genuine tastes of Hyderabadi royal cuisine will be brought to the center of Kolkata with this magnificent culinary event. The culinary adventure will feature a carefully planned menu that honors the spirit of Hyderabad’s renowned cuisine, offering a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian treats. On 2nd March 2025, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM, there will be a spectacular showcase at The Square, following the grand feast at MOK – Ministry of Kebabs from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The renowned Executive Sous Chef Sirajul Rahaman from the Ministry of Kebabs and Chef Raghavendra, who is traveling from Hyderabad, will curate this unique experience, which promises to be an immersive culinary adventure rich in tradition and history. A fine assortment of dishes that showcase the magnificence of Nizami kitchens, including slow-cooked treats, fragrant spices, and traditional recipes, will be served to guests.
The menu consists of Magaz Hare Masala Paneer Tikka, Hyderabadi Tandoori Vegetable, Sahib-e-Lukhmi, Paneer Banjara Kebab, Hare Pulao Gobi Ki Kebab, Hyderabadi Talawa Murgh, Hyderabadi Sheek Kebab, Hyderabadi Gosht Shikampuri Kebab, Tavva Machi, Hare Masala Jhinga, Kacche Gosht Ki Biryani, Hyderabadi Murgh Dum Biryani, Subz Dum Biryani, Bhagara Baingan, Old City Mirchi Ka Salan, and Boondi Raita.
The traditional Hyderabadi desserts on offer are Shahi Tukda, Kubani Ka Mitha, and Asharfi.
The Nizami Heritage is a celebration of Hyderabadi culinary artistry, history, and tradition that goes beyond a simple dining experience. This royal feast, complete with sumptuous flavors, a sophisticated setting, and flawless hospitality, is open to all guests.
