Trailblazers In Different Fields Honored For Their Amazing Contributions


At the JW Marriott in Kolkata, an evening of creativity, inspiration, and design took place. Narayana Schools honored exceptional people reshaping their industries with Femina GameChangers East 2025 and Times Design Ikons East 2025. Femina GameChangers East 2025, which celebrated trailblazers in a variety of fields, and Design Ikons East 2025, which brought together the best designers in the area, both made their debuts in Kolkata. An unforgettable evening of recognition, design excellence, and inspiration was set in motion by the two celebrations, which brought together a diverse group of achievers, dignitaries, and thought leaders.
Following a ceremonial lamp lighting, the esteemed awards ceremony kicked off. Among the individuals honored were Rukmini Maitra, Paoli Dam, Ritabhari Chakraborty, Subhashree Ganguly, Dona Ganguly, Kiran Uttam Ghosh, Madhu Neotia, Priyanka Mukherjee, and Akriti Kakar. They were all praised for their innovative contributions in their fields.

A stimulating panel discussion on “Cultural Crossroads: Global Trends, Local Roots” kicked off the evening at Times Design Ikons East 2025. Industry leaders Abin Choudhari, Ajay Arya, Kiran Shetty, Sonali Bhagwati, and Poola Bihani, among others, discussed how technology, sustainability, and cultural influences are influencing modern design. An interesting Q&A session that followed the discussion sparked enlightening discussions. Ajit Jain, Pankaj Sultania, Oeindrila Ray Kapur, Swarup Dutta, Arunika Sarkar, Devyani Jaiswal, and Aanchhal Bhuwalka were among the outstanding people honored for their contributions to architecture and design throughout the event.

Leading architects, designers, and cultural icons joined Kiran Shetty, Abin Choudhari, Pooja Bihani, Sonali Bhagwati, Ajay Arya, Pulin Shah, Ammaor Sanganeria, and Amit Porwal in a distinguished lineup of attendees to honor today’s design visionaries.
