Head To Tess For An Excellent Week-Long Afternoon Tea Experience
Tess at Hyatt Centric Ballygunge is inviting guests to a week-long Afternoon Tea Experience, which will be available from May 18 to May 25, starting at 3 PM, in honour of International Tea Day on May 21. With its lively, modern flavours and handcrafted treats, this special curation offers a refreshing take on traditional high tea. It was thoughtfully created to capture the joy of leisurely afternoons and sophisticated snacking.
Two exquisitely designed tasting platters with a delectable combination of sweet and savoury treats are served to guests as part of the afternoon tea.
The vegetarian menu consists of tofu bao buns and creamy avocado on sourdough open toasties, while the non-vegetarian version features Sichuan chicken bao buns paired with the same creamy avocado toast. Both platters are completed with three desserts: a rich Belgian chocolate pastry, a moist banana tea cake, and a silky Biscoff cheesecake.
A variety of carefully chosen teas, ranging from flowery infusions to strong, fragrant blends, are served alongside each platter, each one selected to complement each bite.
