Along with other senior company officials and employees, Mr. Surendra Agarwal, Managing Director of Austin Plywood, and Mr. Nishant Agarwal, Director of Austin Plywood, were also present at the event to witness this significant moment for the company.

“We have opened a women-only workplace dedicated entirely to women. Women now make up more than half of our workforce because we consider them to be on par with, if not superior to, men. Women make up the entire workforce in this office, and we take pride in fostering such an empowering atmosphere,” said Mr. Nishant Agarwal, Director of Austin Plywood.

Many attendees expressed optimism about the positive impact this all-women office would bring to the company and the industry at large, reflecting a shared vision of fostering inclusivity and diversity.
