Fertility Circle (1800 123 1515), a first-of-its-kind toll-free support line providing unrecorded fertility counseling services, has been introduced by Birla Fertility & IVF, one of India’s top three fertility networks. The initiative, which is available throughout India in Hindi and English with plans to expand to regional languages, aims to provide individuals and couples with clarity, emotional support, and guidance whether they are attempting to conceive, planning for parenthood, contemplating treatment, or just navigating fertility-related questions.

Fertility Circle was founded to fill a gap in the market for easily accessible, stigma-free, and reliable advice—a need that is frequently unmet. Having trouble getting pregnant is a very personal and isolating experience. According to an internal study conducted by Birla Fertility & IVF, only 29% of people with fertility issues promptly seek professional assistance, even though over 90% of them experience emotional exhaustion. Many put off seeking help for more than two years because they are unsure of where to start, are confused, or are stigmatized. In order to close this gap, Fertility Circle provides trained counselors with judgment-free advice that is completely confidential, free, and pressure-free.

According to international research, almost one in three infertile people suffer from high levels of stress, anxiety, or depression. In India, compared to people who conceive naturally, those receiving treatment are six to seven times more likely to report high levels of stress. Beyond just emotional stress, over half report a decline in their quality of life, and 38% say the cost of treatment has made them think about leaving their job.
