The Dhano Dhanyo Auditorium hosted the much-anticipated JIS Education Expo 2025, which kicked off a two-day celebration of academic excellence, learning, and aspiration. An enriching experience aimed at empowering students and forming informed futures was set in motion by the grand inauguration.

The event was inaugurated in the presence of Sardar Simarpreet Singh, Director, JIS Group, Biswarup Banerjee, Renowned Singer & Indian Idol fame, and other dignitaries from the JIS Group. 

From undergraduate and graduate to postgraduate and doctoral programs, the Expo featured a broad range of academic offerings from JIS Group educational institutions, underscoring the Group’s commitment to innovation, industry relevance, and holistic development. For in-depth advice, attendees could speak with faculty, experts, and career counselors at separate booths for each of JIS Group‘s educational institutions.

The awarding of Class 10 and 12 board exam winners from more than 40 Kolkata-based institutions was a major highlight of the first day. In addition to recognizing academic excellence, this ceremony provided thousands of aspirational students in attendance with inspiration.

The free one-on-one counseling sessions, where professional advisors helped students and guardians navigate the constantly changing landscape of education and career choices, were a significant aspect of the Expo. These sessions are designed to help students at every stage of the decision-making process, from choosing a course to planning for admission. These interactive areas gave participants the opportunity to speak with professors, professionals, and career counselors one-on-one for individualized advice. The Expo demonstrated the JIS Group’s dedication to innovation, industry relevance, and students’ overall development.
