The experience starts with fluffy, fragrant steamed rice served with Ilish Machh Bhaja as part of a carefully planned thali. Next comes the comforting Aloo Bhate, Biyulir Dal or Sonamoong Dal, golden Begun Bhaja, Rasgulla, Mishti Doi, and melt-in-your-mouth Sandesh, followed by the delightful indulgence of Machher Tel and Ilish Macher Matha Diye Chorchori.

For the main course, you can choose from four signature Hilsa masterpieces: Doi Ilish, Ilish Bhapa, Ilish Macher Tel Jhal, or Begun Ilish.

It is priced at Rs 2500 plus taxes per guest.
