Special Flavors Of Gujarat At Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata

“YAYAvar Journeys to Gujarat”, a specially organized Gujarati Food Festival at YAYAvar, welcomes guests to sample the rich flavors of Gujarat at the Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata. This limited-time event, which is planned for August 22–24 and is organized by Home Chef Shachi Jain, captures the spirit of Gujarat with a traditional thali that combines traditional cuisine, strong flavors, and the friendliness of true Gujarati hospitality.
The event honors the state’s rich culinary legacy with a special Gujarati thali that is served all day long and provides a quick but delectable exploration of its varied culinary scene.
On offer are Chaas, Farsan served with chutneys, and Sambharo, Handvo, Khatta Dhokla, Methi na Gota, Moringa Leaves Muthia, Khandvi Bites, Gujarati Kadhi, Akha Mag, Gwar Dhokli, Rasiya Muthia, Sev Tindoda (Kundru), Sev Tamatar, Lasuniya Bateka, Bharela Ringan Bateka, Dahi Vada, Methi Thepla, Rotli, accompanied by rice and Khichdi, Kachumber, Papad, and pickle, Kesar Shrikhand, and Basundi.
