Fface Anokhi Unveiled by Rachana Banerjee; Promotes Concept Beauty Has No Shape
Fface unveiled its new endeavour Fface Anokhi digitally powered by Facebook at The Brewhive recently.
Gracing the event was Rachana Banerjee, Paromita Ghosh, Indroneel Mukherjee, Neil Roy, Falaque Rashid Roy, Sean Banerjee and others.
Fface Anokhi is a platform which promotes the concept that Beauty has no Shape. The platform challenges body shaming which has become so rampant in today’s society.
This event is Fface’s first international venture with Ocenic Media Solutions for the Bangladesh segment.
Sean Banerjee congratulated team Fface for thinking about a wonderful way to bring out the inner beauty of individuals and prevent body shaming. “Looks are temporary. It is the individuality and mind of the individual that should matter to a person” said the talented actor.
Falaque Rashid Roy will be seen in Raj Chakraborty’s film Parineeta. She said “Body shaming is a thing which is faced both by celebrities and even common individuals. But that must not be the case. One must not judge another individual based on their looks. Their individuality and presence of mind needs to be highlighted”.
Racha Banerjee complimented Fface for their efforts and wished them luck for this initiative.
The beauty pageant will take place in Bangladesh and Eastern India and registration will begin from 20th May onward. Auditions will begin in July. Next 20 contestants will be selected from India and Bangladesh. Out of 20 women, the top 10 participants of each country will be selected for the final round. They will compete for the crown of Fface Anokhi.
