La Soirée Debuts in Kolkata With Great Fine-Dining & Lounge

La Soirée, an immersive fine-dining and lounge concept that celebrates world flavors through the prism of ultra-modern mixology and sophisticated culinary expertise, is now open in Kolkata. La Soirée is a place that combines international lounge food, world-inspired cocktails, and a beautiful French-inspired ambiance to offer an enhanced experience for taste enthusiasts. Along with the only standalone Teppanyaki station in the city, the restaurant offers Kolkata an unparalleled variety of Asian, Western, and international fusion meals with a menu based on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
La Soirée promises an evening of exquisite craftsmanship, cultural storytelling, and exceptional hospitality under the direction of beverage curator Aman Dua and chef Samantha Chakraborty’s F&B department. With three PDR parts, the area can hold about 100 patrons.

La Soirée is designed as a sophisticated haven where subtle grandeur and contemporary sophistication coexist. An intimate yet welcoming atmosphere is created by the room’s rich maroon and layered brown color scheme. French wallpaper, chandeliers, picture frames, period-style lights, and a centerpiece filigree-inspired feature all honor the restaurant’s name, La Soirée, giving it an artistic, almost gallery-like elegance. While soft lounge seating promotes both quiet, conversational dinners and high-energy evenings, clean details, textural warmth, and a unified material language elevate the visual narrative. La Soirée offers Kolkata a taste of international luxury with a distinct sense of place because of its design philosophy, which never compromises on comfort or aesthetics.
La Soirée’s culinary concept is based on the idea that honestly prepared cuisine can improve interpersonal relationships. Chef Samantha Chakraborty oversees the menu, which has a “food library” of foreign lounge cuisine that has been carefully chosen under close supervision and sculpted by hyper-local, fresh, artisanal ingredients.

Guests can explore Asian favourites such as bao, dim sum (including gluten-free options), teppanyaki, sushi live, chaat, grills, stir-fries, Indian bowls and comfort meals; Western selections including canapés, wraps, bakes, detox options, pizzas from a wood-fired live kitchen, and global bowls; and an impressive representation of Korean, Japanese, Indian, Persian, Thai, Malaysian, Singaporean, Arabic, American, Mexican, Cambodian, Sri Lankan, and regional Indian cuisines.

Each dish strikes a mix between originality, inspiration from around the world, and consideration for regional palates.
Cocktails at La Soirée are more than just drinks; they’re engaging experiences. Aman Dua’s trademark cuisine combines uncommon ingredients, innovative cooking methods, and global storytelling, all of which are influenced by cultures all around the world. Cocktail-making is transformed into a contemporary, sensual experience with each drink, which embodies boldness, refinement, and craftsmanship. Inspired by Calcutta’s vibrancy, legacy, and modern, cosmopolitan character, La Soirée stands out in the city’s thriving food and beverage scene.

La Soirée has a flexible atmosphere, with sit-down dining options during the day and a lively lounge at night. Conversations can flourish because the soundscape is still easily accessible thanks to commercial playlists, jazz, and vintage Bollywood. Families, friends, and sophisticated urban foodies will love the weekend events, which include DJ nights, special shows, and visiting artists.
La Soirée, which caters to a broad age range and is intended for people who value culinary arts, offers Kolkata a fresh perspective on luxury, scale, and creativity. La Soirée invites the city to savor remarkable global experiences through its unwavering devotion to design, food purity, and drink innovation.
