Grills & Teppanyaki, an homage to Kolkata’s lovely winters and captivating outdoor atmosphere around the pool, has been introduced by Taj City Centre New Town, Kolkata. Here, chilly evenings, open skies, and skillfully made grills combine to provide an unforgettable outdoor eating experience. The Grills & Teppanyaki will be served from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

An interactive Grill station with a variety of grills inspired by across the world is part of the carefully planned spread.

Seafood lovers can savour dishes like Grilled Sriracha Prawns and Chermoula-marinated Bhetki, Harissa Grilled Chicken, Rosemary and Garlic Scented Lamb Chops, and Char Siu Pork Belly.

Vegetarian offerings include Grilled Rosemary Halloumi, Baked Spanokopatata filled with Garlic Spinach, Thai-inspired Grilled Cauliflower and Broccoli Steaks, and Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with Caramelised Onion and Reduced Balsamic.

Also on offer is an Artisanal Pizza station, offering freshly baked favourites such as BBQ Chicken Pizza, Pepperoni, Farmhouse, and the timeless Margherita.

Additionally, visitors may savor a vibrant Teppanyaki Grill with a selection of Soba, Udon, and Egg Noodles, as well as a variety of unusual veggies like asparagus, broccoli, bok choy, various mushrooms, baby corn, chicken, and prawns.

Desserts on offer are New York Cheesecake in Jars, Festive Mince Pie, Espresso RumBrownie with Vanilla Ice Cream, and more.
