Yauatcha Kolkata is transformed into a lively visual spectacle with celebratory details and festive accents to mark the occasion. This transformation is inspired by the vivid appeal of Hong Kong teahouses. The carefully designed limited-edition menu highlights Yauatcha’s distinctive modern take on Chinese food while paying homage to Lunar New Year customs.
On offer are Steamed leek and corn rolls in sweet black pepper sauce, Steamed shrimp carrot dumplings, Crispy golden chicken rolls, Kumquat butterfly prawns, Fried chicken with almond flakes in Sha Cha sauce, Steamed Indian salmon in black bean sauce with pak choy, Twice-cooked pork belly with tofu in Toban chilli, Stir-fried lotus root with broccoli and black pepper, Beetroot fried rice with mock meat, Lucky horse and Spicy mandarin macarons.
The cocktail menu consists of Fire And Ice, Daredevil, The Catalyst, The Red Stallion, Flavour of Tibet, and Red Berry Collins.
