International Women’s Day 2026 was celebrated at SPK Jain Futuristic Academy with a meaningful and inspirational event that brought together successful women from a variety of backgrounds. The program, which focused on this year’s worldwide theme, “Give to Gain”, examined the transformational potential of shared growth, generosity, leadership, and resilience.

True success multiplies when it is shared, as demonstrated by the event, which honored women who had not only excelled in their industries but also continuously given back to society.

The gathering was graced by Sudeshna Roy, Pranati Thakur, Chaitali Das, Doma Wang, Lili Pradhan, Kamalini Paul, Pratibha Chakraborty, and Dr.Moumita Rana.

Each speaker gave an honest account of her trip, discussing the difficulties she encountered, the lessons she discovered, and the principles that had influenced her. They considered what “Give to Gain” actually meant in real life by drawing on their experiences in the fields of art, entrepreneurship, public service, and community work. Their tales struck a deep chord with everyone in attendance, serving as a powerful reminder that offering one’s time, expertise, bravery, and compassion might have a long-lasting effect on society as a whole as well as oneself.

Dr.Jayeeta Ganguly, Principal of SPK Jain Futuristic Academy, said, “The core of Give to Gain is realizing that every act of giving, whether it is opportunity, kindness, courage, or knowledge, sows the seeds of advancement. Women who lead with generosity of heart elevate entire communities in addition to changing their own paths. We wanted to instill in our pupils the idea that growth is most important when it is shared via this celebration”.

SPK Jain Futuristic Academy turned the event into a meaningful endorsement of this year’s theme, “Give to Gain”, by bringing together distinguished voices from a variety of areas. As the event came to an end, there was a renewed sense of dedication to raising young people who realize that true leadership is about giving, since the greatest rewards are not just measured in success but also in the influence one leaves behind.
