The third chapter of Scarlet, the most popular neighborhood café brand in the city, opens at Mani Square, bringing its distinctive coziness and artisanal spirit to a new area of the city. Nestled within one of the city’s most vibrant retail destinations, the newest outlet skillfully combines modern elegance with an effortlessly welcoming atmosphere, offering guests a refined destination that feels every bit as personal and inviting as the Scarlet they know and love.

Earthy Mediterranean tones and tropical modernism serve as inspiration for Scarlet Mani Square‘s sunlit, modern design, creating a setting that is both transporting and cozy.

Curved flooring inlays direct movement while preserving an air of openness in the café’s fluid layout, which is characterized by soft curves and naturally shaped seating sections. Central seating adds natural softness and improves the visitor experience with the addition of sculptural planters and indoor greenery. In keeping with Scarlet’s philosophy of understated luxury, a tactile material palette of natural woods, cane, rattan weaves, and textured stone surfaces adds warmth and artisanal character. The open bakery, which aims to introduce customers to the artistry behind the café’s products, is one of the area’s highlights. Large glazed openings let in plenty of natural light and provide a strong visual connection to the surrounding area.

In addition to a carefully chosen assortment of coffees and drinks, the menu at Scarlet Mani Square offers a well-balanced combination of substantial café fare, artisanal bakes, and decadent desserts.

On offer are dishes such as Tiramisu, Matilda Cake, Donuts, Cheesecakes, Croffles, Sandos, Sweet Potato Fries, Mediterranean Bowls, Tex-Mex Finger Fries, Mega Booster Açai Smoothie Bowl, Grilled Chicken Mexican Bowl, Spinach and Mushroom Sriracha French Toast, Café Latte, and Caramel Frappuccino.

To accommodate both leisurely dine-ins and quick visits, the offering also includes celebration cakes, personalized desserts, and practical takeout options.

“For our third location, we had several options, but many of our regular customers travel from Salt Lake specifically for our food and atmosphere. Thus, picking this site felt right. Since red is the color of scarlet, we wanted it to permeate every element of the room, from the tree to the tiniest accents and even the all-red menu. Everything has a hint of scarlet,” said the founder, Mannvi.

With this new location, Scarlet continues to expand while adhering to its original mission: to seamlessly integrate design, community, and culinary craft. Scarlet Mani Square is poised to become an organic continuation of that tradition, a lively, friendly area for people to congregate, interact, and enjoy the small pleasures of delicious food and coffee.
