Phera, directed by Pritha Chakraborty from the house of Nandy Movies and presented by Pradip Kumar Nandy, has finally revealed its official poster and release date. This is a significant turning point in the film’s marketing campaign.

Phera, which explores themes of relationships, distance, and the essence of returning—both physically and emotionally—is expected to be a profoundly moving and thought-provoking cinematic experience. A moving story that speaks to universal human connections is hinted at in the recently unveiled poster, which provides an engaging look into the tone of the movie.

The story is about Priyam, who runs just fast enough to stay ahead in a city that rewards speed and reinvention. Once a local hero, his father, Pannalal, now measures time in rust and habits. Their two worlds and worldviews are thrust into uncomfortable proximity when the past literally bursts open.
Phera is a tale of silent reflections on what we consider to be success, how much we leave behind, and what’s left over after the commotion subsides. It is about the awkward poetry of coming back to someone who still saves you a seat, rather than to glory. Some lives don’t arc. They reverberate.

The cast of the film consists of Sanjay Mishra, Ritwick Chakraborty, Sohini Sarkar, Priyanka Sarkar, and Subrat Dutta.

The music has been composed by Ranajoy Bhattacharjee.
