The menu features a carefully chosen selection of handcrafted paninis made with premium, carefully paired ingredients, catering to the modern food enthusiast.

On offer are Zucchini with olive tapenade and smoked scamorza, Creamy burrata alongside wilted spinach, artichoke, and a balsamic reduction, Grilled prawns with salsa verde and roasted garlic, smoked chicken with Gouda and Dijon mustard, and Parma ham with mascarpone and caramelised melon.

By choosing from four artisan breads—charcoal, beetroot, sourdough, or multigrain—guests can further customize their experience. Each bread is made to complement the filling it holds.
