The Golokdham Chandroday Radhagobinda Sebasram held a significant inaugural event at the Kolkata Press Club to announce the launch of a new, ambitious initiative titled Gurukul Pratishtha. This project, envisioned by the Founder Acharya, His Divine Grace AC Bhakti Bedanta Swami Raghab Chaitanya Maharaj, aims to establish educational and cultural centers across West Bengal.

The core mission of the Gurukul Pratishtha initiative is the establishment of a Gurukul (a traditional educational center) in every Gram Panchayat across West Bengal. By reviving the ancient, holistic model of the Gurukul system, the organization seeks to provide value-based education rooted in Indian tradition and spirituality.

In addition to these educational centers, the project includes a major infrastructure undertaking: the installation of two 60-foot-tall statues in each of these locations. These statues will depict Lord Hanuman and Lord Parashuram, serving as symbols of strength, devotion, and righteousness. By integrating these shrines alongside the educational centers, the Sebasram hopes to create community hubs that foster both intellectual growth and spiritual consciousness among the local youth and residents.

Reflecting the modern need for flexible learning, the banner at the event highlights that the Gurukul also facilitates education through online platforms. This hybrid approach ensures that the traditional wisdom and curriculum offered by the Gurukul can reach a broader audience, overcoming geographical barriers and making quality education accessible to students even in remote areas of the state.

The event at the Kolkata Press Club served as a formal invitation to the public to support this expansive cultural and educational endeavor. Represented by Sri Nimai Krishna Das, the Secretary of Golokdham Chandroday Radhagobinda Sebasram, the organization emphasized the importance of community involvement. They expressed that the success of this large-scale initiative relies heavily on the benevolent presence and active support of the people. Through this grassroots approach, the Sebasram aims to empower local communities and preserve cultural heritage across the state.
