From September 25 to 27, Kolkata Cocktail Weekend, organized by 30 Best Bars India, will transform the city, uniting top local bars with mixologists from Singapore, Canada, Malaysia, Goa, Bengaluru, and New Delhi.

Over three days, the event will span 12 bars in the city, featuring bar takeovers, themed menus, masterclasses, whisky tastings, a guided tour of bar culture, and Sunday brunches. The lineup features a diverse blend of individuals and backgrounds from across the drinks and hospitality industry, including Isra Baron, Don Julio Brand Ambassador from India; Rohan Jelkie, Head of Advocacy at Suntory India; alongside international talents like Frankie Solarik of BarChef (Canada), Bartenders of Pony (Singapore), and Good Friends Club (Penang).

Bars from all over India are also arriving for the weekend, including PCO and Barbet and Pals from New Delhi; Muro from Bengaluru; and Boilermaker, MOFO, Petisco, Second House, and Quinta Cantina from Goa.

And it’s not all taking place behind the bar. A standout addition to the weekend is Adda on the Rocks, a bar-themed walking tour guided by Priyanko Sarkar, while whisky enthusiasts can enjoy a special Whisky Experiments menu and tasting session with Ajay Nayyar.
