Kolkata girl Reeva Chaudary visited Kolkata to promote her debut serial Hamari Bahu Silk.

The story is about a middle class girl Pakhi who has the talent of mimicking voices. She is compelled to look for a job and support her family. She meets a starlet Natasha who is appreciated for her looks but is criticised for her hoarse voice. Pakhi sees this as an opportunity and becomes a dubbing artist for sensuous films featuring Natasha. She uses her voice to titillate the fans of Natasha and make ends meet in the process. Will her own people accept Pakhi’s unconventional career choice?

Looking sexy in a thin strapped black dress, actress Reeva Chaudary cast a pretty picture at the press event. “It is a huge honour for me to get a role in such a serial. I have been auditioning for serials and films. And finally I land up in a role in such a good serial with such a good script” said the actress.

The actress who had lost her mother in the beginning of 2019 was ecstatic when she landed up with a role in this serial. “Finally the year turned to be a good one” added the actress.

The serial is produced by Devyani Rale of Klay Picture and airs every Monday to Friday at 10.30 pm on Zee TV!!
