A Trio Of Dimsum Delights Now On Offer At Pan Asian

There’s a new cause for celebration in Kolkata’s dining scene. Pan Asian at ITC Sonar will host “A Trio of Dimsum Delights” in April, a carefully planned evening honoring the age-old art of dim sum preparation.
Dim sums, which have their roots in Chinese tea culture, are much more than just dumplings. They are meticulously crafted manifestations of culinary customs, and Pan Asian respects this legacy while incorporating a modern sensibility. The end product is a visually sophisticated and delectable experience.
The focal point of the evening is an assorted dim sum platter, from which guests can select any three types (3 pieces each) from a carefully curated assortment.
Vegetarian options include Chinese Pok Choy and Golden Garlic Dumpling, Sticky Pumpkin and Water Chestnut Dumpling, Edamame with Asparagus and Golden Garlic, and Cream Cheese with Truffle and Chestnut.

For non-vegetarian patrons, on offer are Prawn Hargao, Prawn Shui Mai, Shanghai Style Chicken Dumpling, and Pork Gyoza.
The vegetarian platter costs Rs 1,200 plus taxes, while the non-vegetarian option costs Rs 1,800 plus taxes. The experience is offered every evening from 7:00 pm to 11:45 pm throughout April.
Reservations are now being accepted. Come for the dumplings, stay for the atmosphere, and let Pan Asian take you, one bite at a time, on a peaceful voyage through Asia.
