To celebrate the 35th year of Prosenjit Chatterjee in the Bengali film industry, a no holds barred adda session was organized for the first time.
Renowned journalist Gautam Bhattacharya hosted the session and treated the audience to a unique session of unveiling the secrets of the surperstar.
Speaking at the event, Prosenjit Chatterjee said “I often feel that we cannot speak freely any more. If we speak freely, repercussions are bound to happen. I decided that I will put a black tape on my mouth and go out one day as a mark of protest. However I have not done that yet”.
The actor also added how he had given up on unhealthy food habits and shifted to a healthier one so as to maintain good health.
Prosenjit when asked about his long journey in films mentioned that he often felt that he was just three years old in the film industry. He also said that treating every film as a new one helped him to reinvent himself and his talents over the years.
The session was followed by an audio drama Abhishari Inbox and featured Rupankar Bagchi and elocutionist Raya Bhattacharya.
The audio drama has been penned down by Anindya Mukherjee and conceptualized by Raya Bhattacharya. The audio-drama is a simple and contemporary love story and shows how social media affects the lives of the people.
