Anti-Addiction Campaign Gets A Great Response At Oxford High School

Our future lies with our youth, and if we don’t work together to prevent them from plunging into even more darkness, we will ultimately fail. Bobby Chakraborty, a well-known actor, activist, and method acting instructor from Kolkata, India, firmly believes in the aforementioned mission and has started a risky battle to save and awaken Generation Z against various addictions (smoking, alcoholism, smartphones) and harmful social trends (abusive language, online obscenity on social media to gain popularity, online gambling through games, bullying, ragging, etc.) that have persisted for more than 470 schools, colleges, universities, red light areas, and orphanages worldwide, all at no cost.
For the seventh and ninth graders at Oxford High School-Andul Road Branch, one of the top schools in West Bengal, it was such a memorable day of inspiration. Bobby taught his soldiers, known as The Oxfordians, the mantra I AM THE KING OF MY MIND and captivated them with his powerful speech and entertaining activities. This was his sixth session at this cutting-edge school and his 478th session worldwide.
The star soldier of the session, Rishan Adhikary (VII), who also won the coveted titles of The Best Friend and The Trendsetter, assisted Gourang Tiwari (X), an exceptionally polite and diligent soldier, who served as the official photographer of this thrilling interactive session. Oishi Maiti (VII) received the ceremonial title of The 1st Soldier. Soldiers Zayan Rafey Ansari (VII), Sourjo Adak (VII), and Shiny Naskar (IX) emerged victorious in the recapitulation contest. Along with Gourang, they received special prizes, personalized HCF t-shirts, and Community Service Certificates from Bobby.

Long after the meeting was over, the soldiers refused to leave the auditorium, offering their supportive comments, asking Bobby Dada how they could continue this mission, touching his feet, and hugging him.
Along with the dynamic activity coordinator Sujata Singh, the socially conscious Rector/Chairman Mr. S. C. Dubey, who has been a steadfast supporter of Bobby’s movement for more than ten years, has always thought that this awareness program is crucial for their students in all of their branches.
