Mrs. Geetha Priya, an educationist, philanthropist, actor, and producer, has produced and sung her first Hindi song, Bahuon Ko Kyun, which was released on Crescendo Music. Her work is motivated by a lifelong dedication to social transformation, supporting the cause of women and the underprivileged.

The song presents a realistic and thought-provoking depiction of the dynamics in many Indian households, where mothers-in-law frequently control their sons’ and daughters-in-law’s lives. The music video sheds light on the emotional struggles that thousands of women face through a visual narrative that alternates between rural and urban settings.

The story primarily centers on women who want to advance their careers, develop their skills, and seek personal development but still encounter obstacles from the family unit.

Alok Ranjan Jha wrote the song, but Santosh R. Nair is credited with its composition. Bahuon Ko Kyun, directed by Eliezer Sircar, is one of the most pertinent songs released recently because it tells a tale that will speak to millions of women.
