Ace football player Bhaichung Bhutia visited the R10 Football Academy at Merlin Rise in Rajarhat. The football player was truly excited to see all of the cutting-edge amenities of Merlin Rise, the sports city being created by Merlin Group in Rajarhat, including the Club Pavilion, which houses the R10 Football Academy and the Yuvraj Singh Centre of Excellence.

The football superstar visited the Merlin Rise football pitch despite the high temperatures. He greeted each R10 Academy student and gave them some useful advice. When their dream football player, Bhaichung Bhutia, arrived, the students were happy and excited.

Ronaldinho Gaucho and the Merlin Group have partnered to create the R10 Football Academy, which seeks to develop Bengal football talent and establish Bengal as a major player in the world of football. Ronaldinho’s sole academy in India is the R10 academy located in Merlin Rise, Rajarhat. Ronaldinho has established ten of these football academies across the globe to nurture young football talent.

Modern training and skill-building techniques are used at the R10 Football Academy at Merlin Rise, which is the only football academy in the world completely created by Ronaldinho and his football academy. Expert coaches chosen by R10 Football Academy of Brazil are currently training 100 kids at the R10 Football Academy in Merlin Rise, ranging in age from 5 to 17. Bengali football star Krishnendu Ray has been serving as a mentor to the students. The coaches follow the protocols established by the R10 Football Academy and receive frequent training.

Talented pupils from each R10 Football Academy in the world will have the opportunity to compete in a championship competition organized by the Academy. They will be exposed to football tactics and abilities from around the globe as a result. Exchange programs are also organized by R10 Football Academy.
