Director Biswarup Biswas gained fame with films like Biler Diary, Bawal, and Baccha Shoshur. The filmmaker came up with a short film titled Jabi Naki which has the essence of a feature film. The film was released recently on YouTube.

The film revolves around a group of friends who met at a Saraswati puja celebration. Soon they get the news of ticket confirmation. There begins a plan for a trek but that is not easy since there are conflicts in the team and it splits.

The short film is set in the beautiful backdrop of Sandakphu. This is a border area between West Bengal and Nepal. The shoot took place for seven days in Sandakphu and two days in Kolkata. The team of the film trekked through the mountains and took halts at locations where they thought the film should be shot. The filming process was difficult because the terrain was rough and snowfall and rain made it even more difficult to shoot the film.

One of the highlights of the film is the scenic beauty that has been shown in the film. The film has been made in a short and crisp manner. The visual reach and the framing have been done extremely well.

The actors in the film are also behind the screen crew members of the film as well.

The story takes you to fantastic locations like Sandakphu, Tonglu, Tumling, Gairibas, Singhalila National Park, and much more. Here is the link to the film: https://youtu.be/oKB2X1B_bws.

Hence, satisfy your traveling craze by watching this short film and revel in the beauty of nature.
