Chef Piyush Menon, who has worked in the culinary sector for almost ten years, is proud to have started a novel project that will promote southern regional and coastal food in Calcutta’s thriving culinary scene.

Piyush works hard to dispel myths and misconceptions regarding this fine dining experience.

At the moment, he is continuing to highlight the rich flavors of southern regional food while also pursuing new opportunities in Kolkata through pop-up events. The main objective is to take this culinary adventure beyond Kolkata and introduce more people in India and abroad to the varied and delicious flavors of southern regional cuisine.

Menu: Pazham Pori Chat, Gunpowder Prawns, Gunpowder Chicken Wings, Toddy Shop Style Crushed Chicken Fry, Toddy Shop Style Crushed Mutton Fry, Ghee Roast Taco options in Paneer, Chicken, and Mutton, Ishtoo (Stew) paired with Appam available in Veg, Chicken, and Mutton varieties, Pollichatu offerings in Jackfruit and Prawn versions, Tender Coconut Pudding served with Tamarind Ginger and Jaggery Granita.
