NGO Active Youth organized a daylong event titled Ek Jhak Ichche Dana at Shibangan banquet.

Mukta Rakshit, the main person behind Active Youth mentioned that they work for the development of the poor children. The association also run a drawing school for the kids. About thirty students are been taught drawing at this school. They also work for providing education to financially backward children.

Eminent dignitaries like Sujit Bose, Pranay Kumar Roy, Megh Sayantan Ghosh and others graced the event.

Megh Sayantan said “I am glad to be part of the event. I have been associated with the group and its activities for quite some time. If we can take out some time from our busy lives and spend it with these kids, it is a great thing”.

The daylong event had health camp, magic show, lunch for the children and also gifts showered on the kids.
