The oriental sea food festival at Chowman was inaugurated in the presence of Debojyoti Mishra and Debaditya Chaudhury, Managing Director of Chowman Hospitality Pvt Ltd.

Chowman has always catered to the taste buds of the patrons and now the food joint has come up with a unique sea food festival for their patrons. From shrimps to squids to octopus to prawns, the elaborate menu will leave you craving for more.

The festival has Seafood Wonton Soup in the soup category.

In the starter section, the festival will offer Chinese Fried Fish, Deep Fried Seafood Roll, Hand Folded Crab Meat Wonton, Crispy Chili Honey Shrimps, Prawn Satay With Peanut sauce and many others.

In the mains, some of the dishes on offer include Steamed Pomfret with Mushroom sauce, Sweet & Spicy Jumbo Prawn, Octopus in Chilli Mustard Sauce, Lobster in Chili Corn Sauce, Shallow Fried Jumbo Prawn in Chef’s Spl Sauce and others.

The festival is on from 15th July 2019 onward and a meal for two will cost Rs 1400 plus taxes.

The timing is from 12 pm to 10.30 pm and is available at all the outlets of Chowman.
