The new song from the upcoming Bengali film Gotro was released at the Khuti Pujo of Tridhara Sammilani.

The song Rangabati is a Sambalpuri folk song which is immensely popular among the people. The song has been rearranged for the film by Surojit Chatterjee who along with Iman Chakraborty has lent their voices to the song.

The original composition is by Prabhudatta Pradhan and the Oriya lyrics is by Mitrabhanu Gauntia.

A spirited dance performance by dancers along with Devlina Kumar, Om, Nigel Akkara, Manali kept the assembled audience engaged. Despite the rains, the actors performed the song and lifted up the spirits of the people assembled at the Khuti Pujo celebrations.

Apart from the actors, Chandrima Bhattacharya, Debasish Kumar and committee members of Tridhara Sammilani graced the occasion.
