Diagnostic Centre-CMC CPathlabs To Provide Superior Healthcare Services
A cutting-edge diagnostic facility has been built in Kolkata as a result of a collaboration between the highly regarded pathological laboratory of the city, Calcutta Medical Centre (CMC), and CPathlabs, a major provider of diagnostic solutions with its headquarters in Hyderabad. This partnership represents a key milestone in enhancing healthcare services in the state by providing cutting-edge diagnostics and individualized care to the local people.
The residents of Kolkata will have access to excellent diagnostic services because of a partnership between CPathlabs and Calcutta Medical Centre that combines their expertise, resources, and commitment to quality. The newly established Diagnostic Centre’s objective is to deliver precise, efficient, and comprehensive diagnostic solutions covering a wide spectrum of medical specializations.
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed in the presence of Dr. Ranjani Chakravarty, Managing Director, CPathlabs & Dr. Istiaque Ahmed, Director, Calcutta Medical Centre Ltd, for the formation of CMC Cpathlabs.
Present at the occasion were Chief Guest, Sr. Dr. Michael M.C., Missionaries Of Charity, Dr. A R Krishna Prasad, Cardiothoracic Surgeon & Dr. Raghib Hasnain, Director, Calcutta Medical Centre.
The Diagnostic Centre will be equipped with the most modern, cutting-edge technology, with a focus on scientific advancements and innovation, enabling the precise and rapid detection of a variety of medical conditions. Patients will have access to a wide range of therapies under one roof, including specialized consultations, genetic testing, CT scans, ultrasonography, cardiology, digital X-rays, pathology analysis, and cutting-edge imaging techniques.
This center will perform histopathological testing and molecular diagnostics using the polymerized chain reaction method for the first time in West Bengal. These facilities will be available to residents of South and North Bengal as well, shortening the time it takes to receive test results.
In order to ensure that each person receives the attention, care, and help they deserve, CMC CPathlabs will place a strong emphasis on providing patient-centric care. Additionally, the partnership will promote interaction between medical specialists, fostering the sharing of expertise to increase diagnostic accuracy and produce fresh solutions.
CPathlabs wants to expand in UP, Bihar, and the North East by 2025. CPathlabs has locations in Siliguri, Midnapore, and presently Kolkata in West Bengal. Centers will soon be established in Durgapur and Krishnanagar as well.
