Dream Gurukul- A Unique Housing With Good Lifestyle For Kids
Leading urban real estate developer Jain Group launched the Dream Gurukul, a distinctive and cutting-edge property, in Madhyamgram. This unique housing concept seeks to offer residents’ children both an exceptional lifestyle and a comprehensive development. The Jain Group has appointed Pt. Ajoy Chakraborty, Smt. Dream Gurukul is set to be an all-inclusive lifestyle condominium situated on 4.12 acres of land in the tranquil Madhyamgram area, just a short distance from the Kolkata airport. The project has been designed so that the inhabitants will have access to amazing teachers in the fields of dance, music, arts, and sports, who will help and encourage their children to develop a well-rounded perspective on life. Dream Gurukul will include six storeys with two and three-bedroom apartments each. After work begins, 42 months are expected to pass before the project is finished. The price of the units would start at Rs 45 lakhs for 2BHK and Rs 65 lakhs for 3BHK.
