Lu cuisine, also known as Shandong cuisine, is the most prestigious of the Eight Culinary Traditions of China. It is derived from Shandong Province’s native cooking style, which is located on China’s northern coast. Nori’s renowned culinary team at The Westin Kolkata, Rajarhat, is gearing up to bring Lu cuisine’s distinct flavors to Kolkata.

The handcrafted menu consists of ‘Liu Pepper Chicken’, ‘Umami Roasted Potatoes’, ‘Jiaodong Seafood Dumpling’, ‘Corn Nut Dumplings’, and ‘Dezhou Braised Chicken’ and ‘Exotic Taisan Vegetables’, and others.

The desserts on offer are ‘Candy Sweet Potatoes’ and ‘Black Sesame Steamed Cake’.

A special course, characteristic of the cuisine, is the spread of ka(grills) accompanied by sauces.
