The preview of the delicious buffet spread was organized at Palladio, the popular banquet of the hotel.

This event was graced by Madan Mitra, Sayantani Guhathakurta, Subhrajit Mitra, Biswajit, Rajib, Anindita, Shoma Banerjee, Sayok, and many more.

Sayantani Guhathakurta said, “This is indeed a grand celebration. And puja is incomplete without good food. My puja plan is to gorge on yummy food, adda sessions with cousins and judge Puja Porikromas”.

The buffet starts with Subharombho, a desi mocktail counter that serves Gondho Lebur Ghol, and Lichu Lankar Shorbat.

Appetizers include Rajdori Fry, Panchforon Paneer Tikka, Muri Chingri Stick, Mini Fish Fry, and Moch Moche Murgi.

Savour classic Bengali salads such as green salad, Aloo Chola Makha, Pora Tomato Chutney, and Rasun Kacha Lanka Chutney.

The main course features dishes like Luchi, Aam Kasundi Aloo Dum, Palang Chanar Kofta, Cholar Daal Kaju Kismis Diye, Katla Dumphukto, Daab Chingri, Kolkata Style Mutton Biryani, Chicken Chaap, and more.

The desserts on offer include Mixed Fruit Chutney, Assorted Sandesh, Pantua, Chanar Payesh, and a selection of ice cream flavors.

The extravagant “Debipokher Mahabhoj” buffet is available from October 20th to October 24th, offering lunch from 12 noon to 3:30 pm and dinner from 7 pm to 11:45 pm for INR 999 AI.
