The Grand Market Pavilion, which was inspired by Kolkata’s famed Hogg Market, is constructed around six vibrant, interactive food theaters that showcase international culinary customs. Against this colorful backdrop, G-O-A-T Friday takes visitors on a flavorful adventure, with each station serving a unique take on mutton made by the hotel’s talented chefs.

The specially crafted menu boasts dishes like Paaye Ka Shorba, Tandoori Raan, Gosht Seekh, Chapli Kebab, Champaran Gosht, Nihari, Mutton Rogan Josh, Kosha Mangsho, Gosht Metiabruz Biryani, Congee Crispy Lamb, Mutton Momos, Lamb Dan Dan Noodles, Sagoli Mangkha Keema Ball, Napong Sho, and Grilled Lamb Chops.
