FAFAI To Celebrate Silver Jubilee With First Kolkata Convention
The curtain raiser of the silver jubilee edition of XXV FAFAI INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION & EXPO 2023 took place recently.
Gracing the occasion was Dr.Shashi Panja – Hon’ble Cabinet Minister for Industries, Commerce & Enterprises, GoWB, President of FAFAI & MCCI – Mr.Rishabh.C.Kothari, Zha Liyou, the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China, and Daniel Sim, Deputy Australian Consulate-General.
The Fragrances & Flavours Association of India or FAFAI is the apex body of more than 800 members in the field of fragrances, flavors, Aroma Chemicals, Natural Oils & their ancillaries.
The top organization in the country for fragrances, flavors, aroma compounds, natural oils, and their ancillaries is FAFAI. They were founded in 1949 by a group of aficionados with the intention of uniting the traders and dealers in the sector. The Fragrances and Flavours Association of India has been able to expand as a result, and there are currently close to 900 members.
The expo will feature dynamic speakers from the industry who will speak on varied subjects at the convention.
More than 2000 domestic and foreign delegates are anticipated at their upcoming Convention & Expo. Its main goal is to open up commercial prospects that would enable the industry to expand in India and gain a firm presence in international markets.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Shashi Panja said “Fragrances have been an integral part of our society. And the attempt of FAFAI to conduct this expo at the newly inaugurated Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan is a great step indeed”.
The expo will be held from 23rd to 25th February 2023 at Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan.
