Farhan Akhtar after breathing life in the character of Milkha Singh for the film Bhaag Milkha Bhaag will now play a boxer in the upcoming Bollywood film by director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra.

The film is titled Toofan and the actor is already prepping himself up to suit the role of the boxer.

The film is not a biopic but is based on a fictional story written by Anjum Rajabali.

The actor and the director is reuniting for this film after a span of six years.

The film will be produced by Excel Entertainment and ROMP Pictures.
