A press conference was organized to announce the launch of a new mega show, “Ranga Bou”.

Gracing the occasion was Samrat Ghosh, Chief Cluster Officer – East, Navnita Chakraborty, Chief Channel Officer, Zee Bangla, and the lead pair of Gourab Roy Chowdhury and Shruti Das.

The story of the serial revolves around a village girl Pakhi. She takes pains to deck girls up for their marriage. She wanted to deck up for her marriage too. However, she does not get the chance and she gets married suddenly to Ujaan. While going to her in-law’s place, the boat in which they are traveling meets with an accident. As a result, her husband forgets everything- even their marriage. What happens next?

This serial marks the return of the hit pair of Gourab and Sruti after Trinayani.

Shruti Das said “We are having a great time shooting for the serial and we are confident that the people will like it. I and Gourab have been shooting till late at night but that is not making us tired as we are loving it”.

Gourab said that he and Shruti have the same wavelength and that helps them during acting.

The new serial will air on 19^th December, 8.30 pm on Zee Bangla.
