Booking.com, a global leader in providing travelers with the greatest selection of amazing places to stay, amazing things to do, and transportation options, has identified the Most Welcoming Regions in India based on its 12th Annual Traveller Review Awards, which are based on more than 309 million verified reviews from actual travelers. On the list of India’s Most Welcoming Regions, Himachal Pradesh came in first, followed by Kerala and Goa. Manali, Jaisalmer, Bir, Leh, and Mararikulam were ranked as India’s top 5 most welcoming cities.
This year, 13,348 lodging partners in India will receive the Traveller Review Award 2024 in recognition of their exceptional hospitality and customer service. Their average review score was 8.8, with almost 1,189,000 reviews received.
