Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi will be now seen acting in web series Leela. The web-series is for Netflix. The actress was last seen opposite Rajinikanth in the film Kaala. The actress has reportedly been more interested in web-series than in doing films.

Shankar Raman and Pavan Kumar will be directing this new web-series. The creative side of the project will be looked after by Deepa Mehta.

Huma will be seen playing a mother in the web-series. The journey of a mother who is in search of her daughter Leela will be shown in the web-series.

How Huma fares in the web-series segment is what time alone will tell.
