Spices and Sauces well known for supplying Indian and Continental food organized a fun-filled Ilish Utsav at PC Chandra Gardens.

2022 is the 20th year of Spices and Sauces. They have become the leading caterer of all types of Indian & Continental food suppliers in the last twenty years. They started with 30 team members and have now become a family of 3000. They have four outlets in Golpark, ICCR, Newton, and one in Saltlake.

To celebrate this feat, Spices and Sauces organized a cookery competition in the festival where talented chefs from Bengal participated. The participants prepared delicious recipes in Ilish.

Madhumita Mohanty, executive chef of The Lalit Great Eastern, and Director Supriyo Bedajna of Rannaghar were the judges of the event.

The cookery competition was followed by dance and song performances by renowned artists. Singer Sidhu mesmerized the event with his performance.
