Joy Goswami Released Sharodiya Poetry Collection Sharod Shiuli

At Mahajati Sadan, Kobitar Kokshpoth, an online literary community with an FB community of about 3000 writers, celebrated the release of their Sharodiya poetry collection, Sharod Shiuli.

Mr. Joy Goswami, a renowned poet from Bengal honored the occasion with his unwavering presence. He was astounded by the crowd and applauded Kobitar Kokshpoth for being able to attract such attention and support for just poems.

The group also welcomed Mr. Joydeep Routh, a young and well-known poet from the 1990s who is now renowned for his film directing abilities.

The other eminent guests present at the occasion were the General Secretary of the group Mr. Ujjwal Chowdhuri, the editor Mrs. Suporna Chakraborty, the president Mrs. Moitreyee Chakraborty, the vice president Mr. Pankaj Dutta, the joint sub-editors Mr. Chimay Biswas and Mr. Biman Biswas.

The key members present were Mr. Arijit Ghosh, Mr. Soumitra Acharya, Mr. Utpal Narendra Maity, Mr. Sujit Ghosh, Mrs. Swapnasonali Dashupta, Mrs. Kakali Biswas, Mrs. Shatabdi Chakraborty, Mrs. Joyoshree Saha, Mr. Subhendu Ganguly, Mr. Habibur Rahaman, and Ms. Pompa Pathak Mukherjee.

The group felicitated all the members with a free copy of Sharod Shiuli and a memento.

Mr. Pradeep Saha spoke on behalf of the orphanage Happy Home of Behala.  Kobitar Kokshpoth had the honor of offering their modest assistance in the shape of exercise books, pens, and pencils to this orphanage.

The group’s general secretary, Mr. Ujjwal Chowdhuri, was likewise moved by the group’s achievement and accorded all the credit to the general members for getting the group to this point so quickly while overcoming several conflicts and disagreements that they encountered.

The editor, Mrs. Suporna Chakraborty, and the president, Mr. Moitreyee Chakraborty, who was involved in numerous such initiatives in the past, declared that their ambition of having a literary platform free from bias has come true with the creation of Kobitar Kokshpoth!

The group repeatedly acknowledged their debt to poet Joy Goswami and promised to continue to produce numerous occasions like this with his approval.
