Hoichoi is delighted to present a stunning selection of 14 new shows in honor of the Bengali New Year, all of which are sure to wow audiences on both sides of Bengal. This features new works from Bangladesh and India in addition to popular comeback series mixed in with much-anticipated sequels. The announcement promises spectators an engaging entertainment experience that combines creativity and skill.

Adv. Achinta Aich

Adv. Achinta Aich, starring Ritwick Chakraborty, Surangana Bandyopadhyay, and Saswata Chatterjee, is directed by Joydeep Mukherjee, who promises an engaging storyline. The plot centres on the Dutta family, who are determined to see that their unstable daughter-in-law Malini receives a life sentence in a mental institution after they find out that she killed their youngest son in their own house. Adv. Achintya Aich takes up the case when other solicitors decline it since it seems straightforward. Throughout his career, he has mostly been known for notarizing documents. Now, he sees an opportunity to take on a difficult legal case.

Parineeta

Another intriguing show is added to the playlist with “Parineeta,” which was directed by Aditi Roy and starred Debchandrima Singha Roy and Gaurav Chakrabarty. Under the direction of Ashfaque Nipun and starring Jaya Ahsan, this show provides an engaging look at the problems and desires of people. Runa’s life is turned upside down amid marital strife and personal challenges when she finds a box full of cash in her workplace storeroom. Now that she’s in a moral bind, what decisions will she make?

Golam Mamun

This production, which is helmed by Shihab Shaheen and features Ziaul Faruq Apurba, looks to be a gripping story of justice and atonement. Additionally, this is Hoichoi’s first Golam Mamun character adaption for a new series. Ziaul Faruq Apurba’s character Mamun gets detained for killing his potential attacker and is also connected to the passing of his friend and the friend’s spouse. When Alvira, a loving wife and mother of a four-year-old, learns that her husband is impotent, her world falls apart. Alvira sets out on a quest to learn the truth about the paternity of her kid and to expose the injustices that have been done to her while she struggles with this discovery. Following Sabrina, Mehazabien Chowdhury returns to Hoichoi with Mitthyabadi.

Bohemian Ghora

This show, which stars Mosharraf Karim and is directed by Amitabh Reza Chowdhury, offers a delightful mix of chaos and hilarity. A truck driver with a reputation for having passionate romances, Abbas finds himself in a difficult situation as the chaos caused by his seven wives, each from a different neighborhood, consumes his life. After Mohanagar, Dour, and Mobaroknama achieved enormous success, Mosharraf Karim triumphantly returned to hoichoi with Bohemian Ghora.
