Mayer Anno Seva Organized On Mahalaya To Serve Elderly Underprivileged Women
On the auspicious occasion of Mahalaya, the Citizens Park Ladies Group of Ward No 68 along with residents of the Ward organized a unique initiative called Mayer Anno Seva.
This initiative was organized to honor and serve the elderly underprivileged women of the area.
The unique initiative began in the esteemed presence of Chandrima-Bhattacharya Hon’ble Minister of Finance, Health and Family Welfare, Refugee & Rehabilitation, Government of West Bengal, Pratima Mondal, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Dilip Maharaj, Bharat Sevashram Sangha, Swapan Basu, eminent singer, and Sudarshana Mukherjee, Councilor, Ward 68.
This social commitment is special since the Citizens Park Ladies Group and representatives of each and every Puja in Ward 68 have wholeheartedly agreed to take part in giving the less fortunate home-cooked food.
As we worship Ma Durga during the festive days, we make a commitment not to neglect our aging mothers.
