National Science Day Celebrated With Great Enthusiasm
In keeping with Sir C.V. Raman‘s assertion that science depends more on independent thought and labor than it does on tools, Techno India Group Public School-Garia observed National Science Day with an interactive learning session that emphasized the value of inquiry, observation, and exploration in the learning process.
The annual National Science Day is celebrated on February 28 to honor the renowned Indian scientist and Nobel laureate Sir C.V. Raman for discovering the ‘Raman Effect’.
This time, Foundational Stage kids engaged in fun crafts including making different phases of the moon out of Oreo biscuits and crayon leaf writing. In the rich greenery of the school, the teachers and students represented the best aspects of scientific investigation. Teachers also relished a light-hearted Jenga block activity.
A great way to promote science among the students.
