ITC Hotels introduces Navam Utsav, a wholesome celebration of festivities, which offers a thoughtfully designed culinary experience that captures the essence of Navratri through authentic traditional recipes, sattvic ingredients, and the expertise of its chefs.

Navam Utsav reflects this cultural depth by presenting familiar festive dishes, meticulously prepared with care and culinary skill, providing a wholesome and meaningful celebration of the occasion while maintaining the warm hospitality that defines ITC Hotels.

The Navam Utsav menu highlights the simplicity and depth of festive Indian cuisine by offering a range of sattvic dishes that exclude onion and garlic, and instead use Sendha Namak.

On offer are dishes like Sabudana Khichdi, Sabudana Vada, Kuttu Paneer Pakoda, Rajgira Poori, Kuttu Paratha, Paneer Curry, and Khatta Meetha Kaddu.

The experience is complemented by the Navratri Special Thali, bringing together an assortment of festive preparations in a wholesome meal, alongside traditional sweet indulgences such as Sabudana Kheer and Khopra Pak.
