Kolkata’s love for Biryani is well known!! To cater to this undying love for Biryanis, World’s Favorite Biryani-Paradise Restaurant inaugurated its first outlet in Kolkata at Southern Avenue.

Mr. Ali Hemati, Chairman – Paradise Food Courts and Mr. Gautam Gupta, CEO – Paradise Food Courts graced the occasion.

The restaurant chain now has 47 outlets with the opening of this outlet in Eastern India.

The elaborate menu at Paradise will offer twenty eight dishes to the patrons. Mutton Biryani, Chicken Biryani to a huge range of Kebabs and mouth watering desserts are on offer for the patrons at this outlet.

The secret of Paradise Dum Biryani is meat, masala and rice cooked together in three layers. Paradise Biryani is prepared in Hyderabadi Dum Style cooking wherein long Basmati rice, juicy meat is marinated in 29 secret ingredients for 24 hours with caramelised onion to give it the distinct flavour.

A survey shows that the love for Biryani among the people in Kolkata is second only to Hyderabad. As per an estimate, Kolkata foodies ordered 39 lakh mutton biryanis and 25 lakh chicken biryanis on food apps in 2019.
