Parth Samthaan won the Youth Icon of the Year award 2019 recently. The handsome actor who is currently seen as Anurag in Kasauti Zindagi Ki is loved by his fans and lakhs of viewers across the country. He certainly is one of the most loved actors and most of the youngsters look up to him.

Parth who is juggling between the shoots of Kasauti Zindagi Ki and Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain had to squeeze time out for this award. Parth who had shot for the last 48 hours from Kasauti to Kehne Ko and back to Kasauti and then went to receive the award. However he was not complaining and he was rather grateful. This is his first award post his 3 year break and this one was dedicated to his mother because it was for her that he decided to get back to television. He also thanked Ekta Kapoor and the Balaji family.

Kareena Kapoor Khan was the Chief Guest for the evening and it was hosted by TV actor Rithvik Dhanjani. Vikas Gupta, Sunil Grover, Harshita Gaur who came in to receive the award for Punchbeat and Mirzapur along with few others were also felicitated at the event.
