A press interaction was organized for the upcoming short film Vivir Juntos. The press interaction was graced by director Ranadeep Sarker along with actor Saptrishi.

The film’s name is unique as it is a Spanish word which means “live in relationship”. The main story revolves around a couple who are in their mid-thirties. The director while speaking about the story highlighted on the fact that the meaning of love has undergone much changes in today’s times. Digital platforms have taken much importance and people now interact on these platforms and their relationships develop. The film questions whether live in relationships have a future or it is just a way to satisfy one’s physical needs.

Saptrishi who plays the male lead in the short film is a NRI Bengali who has done much work in Bollywood. This is his first work in the Bengali film industry. The actor mentioned that he was excited about this film and loved the script due to which he agreed to do the film. He praised Mumtaz and said that she was a sweet actress to work with.

Saptrishi also mentioned that at the end of this year he will be starring in a Bengali feature film.

The film is in Hindi and English. Mumtaz Sorcar plays the female lead.

The film will be sent to different film festivals before it will be released on digital platforms like YouTube or on various apps.
